3+ years of professional experience in China at M&A shop, strategy consulting firm, or reverse merger shop

Good knowledge/contacts in these sectors: retail, consumer goods, hospitality, travel, leisure, alternative/renewable energy

Bachelors degree，MBA ideal

Strong financial modeling and analysis skills

Excellent communications skills especially in writing and delivering investment reports and presentations
